Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

1. Order Cancellation

1.1 Cancellation by Customer

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Full refund will be processed.
  • After Dispatch: Contact customer support immediately. Cancellation charges may apply for shipping costs incurred.
  • Custom Orders: Customized or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

1.2 Cancellation by Us

We may cancel orders due to:

  • Product unavailability or stock issues
  • Pricing errors on the website
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Failure of payment verification
  • Non-serviceable delivery location

In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Products are eligible for return if:

  • Product is damaged during transit
  • Product received is different from what was ordered
  • Product has manufacturing defects
  • Product is missing components as mentioned in description

2.2 Return Window

  • Standard Products: 7 days from delivery date
  • Defective Products: 30 days from delivery date
  • Report damages immediately: Photo/video evidence must be provided within 24 hours of delivery

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Products with altered dimensions after delivery
  • Installed products (unless defective)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling by customer
  • Products without original packaging

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return
  2. Provide photos/videos of the product showing the issue
  3. Our team will review and approve/reject the return request within 48 hours
  4. Upon approval, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions
  5. Pack the product securely in original packaging
  6. Refund will be processed after quality inspection at our facility

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Refund Methods

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be credited to the same payment method used for purchase
  • Bank Transfer: For COD orders or if original method is not available
  • Store Credit: Optional, with 10% bonus value

4.3 Refund Amount

  • Full Refund: For defective products, wrong items, or seller cancellation
  • Partial Refund: If product is returned in used condition
  • Shipping Costs: Refunded only if return is due to our error

5. Replacement Policy

We offer replacement instead of refund for:

  • Damaged products (subject to availability)
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defects

Replacement will be shipped within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned product.

6. GST on Refunds

As per GST regulations:

  • GST collected on the original transaction will be refunded
  • A credit note will be issued for B2B transactions
  • Refund will be processed after adjusting outstanding payments, if any

7. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, you have the right to:

  • Return defective goods and receive a full refund
  • Seek compensation for defective products causing harm
  • File complaints with the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
  • Access the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000)
