1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all states and union territories within India.
1.1 Regular Delivery Zones
- All major cities and metro areas
- District headquarters
- Areas with PIN code coverage by our logistics partners
1.2 Remote/Difficult Access Areas
Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or additional charges. We will inform you before order confirmation if your location falls under this category.

3. Shipping Charges
3.1 Standard Shipping
- Free Shipping: Orders above ₹10,000
- Flat Rate: ₹199 for orders below ₹10,000
- Heavy Items: Additional charges apply for items over 50 kg
3.2 Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at additional cost, calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
3.3 GST on Shipping
GST @ 18% is applicable on shipping charges as per Indian tax regulations.
4. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays are processed on the next business day
- Custom orders require 7-14 days of manufacturing time before dispatch
- You will receive SMS/Email confirmation when your order is dispatched
5. Order Tracking
- Tracking ID will be shared via SMS and Email once the order is dispatched
- Track your order on the courier partner's website or our Order History page
- Contact our support team if tracking information is not available within 48 hours of dispatch
6. Delivery Instructions
- Ensure correct and complete delivery address with PIN code
- Provide a valid mobile number for delivery coordination
- Someone must be available to receive the package
- For heavy items, please ensure access for delivery vehicles
7. Inspection at Delivery
Important:
- Inspect the package for external damage before accepting
- Open and check the product in front of the delivery person
- If damaged, refuse delivery and inform us immediately with photos
- Report any damage within 24 hours with photo/video evidence
8. Failed Delivery Attempts
- Our courier partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts
- After failed attempts, the package will be held at the nearest hub for 7 days
- If unclaimed, the package will be returned to us
- Re-shipping charges will apply for returned packages
9. Special Handling - Glass Products
As we primarily deal with glass and architectural products:
- All glass items are packed with special protective materials
- Fragile labels are applied to all packages
- Insurance is included for high-value glass shipments
- Large glass panels may require special transport arrangements
