• Glass and architectural products are manufactured as per Indian Standards (BIS)

4.2 Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable GST
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• GST will be charged as per applicable rates (currently 18% for glass products under HSN 7007)
• Additional charges for shipping, installation, or customization will be clearly mentioned

5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Acceptance

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until payment is verified

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment can be made via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets
• Payment is processed through PhonePe
• GST-compliant tax invoices will be generated for all transactions
• For B2B orders, credit terms may be available upon approval

6. Delivery

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability
• Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery
• Inspect products upon delivery and report damages immediately
• We deliver across India; additional charges may apply for remote locations

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website is owned by Materio Plus / TRIMURTI GLASS
• Product designs, logos, and trademarks are protected under Indian IP laws

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law:

• We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product
• We are not liable for delays due to force majeure events

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

10.3 Consumer Disputes

Consumers may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:

• District Commission: For claims up to ₹1 Crore
• State Commission: For claims between ₹1 Crore and ₹10 Crore
• National Commission: For claims above ₹10 Crore
